The
U.N. PFII is a permanent meeting of Indigenous Peoples from all over the world.
A series of U.N. mandates and working groups culminated in the formation of
the Forum in 2000. The Forum hopes to change the worlds treatment of and responsibility
toward Indigenous Peoples through a monumental amount of paper (see photos).
While this is a positive develo-pement, history will be the judge.
